Cancellations & Refunds at HaiRadio

Non-Refundable Policy

Cancellations:

HaiRadio.com reserves the right to cancel projects, orders at any time.  If HaiRadio.com must make a cancellation to an existing order, our customers are given as much notification as possible along with an explanation.   HaiRadio would initiate a refund and the customer's refund is returned within 30 days.

Customer Cancellation Requests:

All advertising funds for campaigns are non-refundable.  Our team at HaiRadio  makes every attempt to set the right expectation before any project is accepted.   Many, if not all, of our ad campaigns begin immediately (long before the advertisement hits the radio. HaiRadio, however, reviews each request on an individual basis and may offer an exchange that is equivalent of other advertising opportunities available at HaiRadio.  A case will be opened up and reviewed and further notice will be forwarded.

Please be aware that advertising campaigns consists of projects, radio promotion, etc.  Consultations via telephone, in person are part of the campaign and are billed/part of service arrangement.   

Radio Advertising/Interviews & Promotion:  There are fees applied for our services.
